« This property was very close to where I had activities during my stay, which is why I chose it. The property was impeccably clean and sufficiently well-appointed. The host and on-site property manager were very responsive to the couple of questions I had. I was a single traveler, and although the property could sleep a couple more, it was perfect for my needs. I thought the rate was quite reasonable and a good value. Should I have the same event next year, I would definitely come back to this...

« BEWARE, VERY MISLEADING, NO PRIVACYThe property was advertised as a private, no-pets stay, but there were undisclosed people living in the garage with a dog on site, which we believe belongs to the owner’s son. This was NEVER DISCLOSED in the listing. The garage also has direct access to the house through a door in the living room, which made the stay feel uncomfortable. THIS IS NOT A DUPLEX. The listing also claimed there were 2 full bathrooms with showers, there was only 1 full bathroom and 1...

« We loved how quiet the neighborhood was! Clean home with an open space. My 6 year old enjoyed setting out his wooden train tracks from the dining room down to the living room. We chose this location because we were in town from Portland, OR to see Big Boy 4014 and it was an easy 12 minute drive to the location. Restaurants, quick marts, Target, Starbucks, Dutch bros, charging stations for EV all close by! Thank you for a wonderful stay! »

« Upon first viewing images of this property I couldn't believe how nice this place looked in the profile. On the day of arrival this place was as described and more. We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and our boys and other parents were grateful having stayed here than a cookie cutter hotel room. Location - convenient to ALL you need. Host - friendly, responsive and top notch. If needed to stay longer, I couldn't imagine wanting to find any other place to stay. Keep it up and...

Delta King Hotel

8/10 Bien

"Logement insolite qui reste dans son jus ! Ce n'est clairement pas très moderne et les sanitaires sont vieux également mais l'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé pour visiter Sacramento, surtout Old Sacramento."
