« I was on a solo trip to Frankfurt and stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The night staff and breakfast staff was really nice and helpful. However the guy for my checkout just got really angry and yelled at me just because I asked if I could keep the hotel card as a souvenir. He could have just said no sorry I would have understood that’s fine. He didn’t need to be that rude. It kind of ruined everything especially when you just spent 700€ in this hotel. »
