„This is a brand new hotel. They have some starting minor problems and improving every day. We had a room with two beds and kitchen. Perfect for the four of us. Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be perfect and a hook at the door for a jacket. We used the grill a lot and you can get the supplies you need at the reception. The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“

„I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am! Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730 ...

„They cancelled my reservation because I wasn’t there at 3pm!!!!!!!!! Unreal!!! No joke said we were suppose to be there on the dot when you CAN get your room! Left us stranded as we have an EV and planned our trip to charge there upon arrival. Front desk lady was HORRID and hateful.“

„Air wasn’t working in first room. The night front desk worker was great and moved us. Then the next room we seen a few big black ants but was late and just needed to go to sleep.“

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“

„Room service only on request was ok for us. What we didn't understand: the hotel aisles became each day more and more dirty (there is free popcorn f.e.), Drury staff must have seen this, but nobody took care of this.“

„The room had a great layout for our family of 4. I chose this hotel specifically because they typically have a gluten free option for breakfast and was very disappointed to find at this location they had zero options besides an apple or banana. So I had to sit and watch my family eat instead . The front desk rep stated she did the ordering and asked what room I was in and said she would try to get me something for the following day but never followed through.
