„This is a brand new hotel. They have some starting minor problems and improving every day. We had a room with two beds and kitchen. Perfect for the four of us. Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be perfect and a hook at the door for a jacket. We used the grill a lot and you can get the supplies you need at the reception. The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“

„Breakfast was fresh. Parking was easy. Staff often did not understand English. We told the front desk twice that there was glass in the parking lot from a wine bottle, it looked like broke. First day, no one did anything. My husband second day notified them and the glass the third day was still there. I personally picked up big pieces“

„Overall the cleanliness of this location is going downhill from when they opened. I stay here frequently. I found used sheets on the pullout and our room smelled of dog urine that they'd tired to mask. The water dispenser in the fitness room wasn't working either.“

„Only comment for improvement would be for the quality of the hotel( which was excellent ) and the amount of guests … breakfast food and coffee was not well stocked either day we stayed“

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„A few issues. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff made efforts to have it fixed, and were willing to move us. By then, we were "in for the night" so they gave us vouchers for free breakfast. No soap in the dispenser in the shower.“

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“
