„Word of caution: this is managed by KC Stay, so don’t expect the “extra touches” of a normal VRBO. Communication and customer service on a booking issue was well below normal standards. At 3 am, smoke alarm batteries started beeping. Maintenance was responsive and fixed next day, but not ideal. The place is ok- but not well maintained or clean to a level you would expect. Location is good, and neighborhood is fine - but experience was not great.“

„We stayed for a long KC weekend and generally this place is fine. It's a good price and close to a lot of things. It's located in a larger complex, so there are a few issues that the property manager can't avoid (e.g., there was a pervasive smell of marijuana outside the front door). But parking was plentiful and we felt safe the entire time.
