Room with a view

Besides the building having some repairs being done at the time of our stay, the place was really great. I would stay there again.

Cute place, good location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It’s a small but cute, clean place. The negatives: the pull out bed was a little janky but my 12 year old slept on it and he didn’t care. We showed up and there was no toilet paper or extra trash bags but the manager was quick to respond and resolved the issues promptly. The positives: very cute, good location, being able to see the ocean from the balcony was fantastic! It was so cold during our visit so my family enjoyed the heated pool. Across the street and down a bit there was beach access. Overall we really liked it and would love to stay there again.

Totally enjoyed our stay and the condo. It was a bit too high tech, smart for us though. We couldn’t get the a/c to do what we wanted, and could not get the television to work at all. Otherwise, everything was terrific.

Small but great location.

The location of this condo is great! Right across from the non-busy beach (although you play frogger to get across). We had a few minor issues but they were resolved right away and the communication was great! I will say the condo complex itself is outdated and one of the pools and an elevator were closed during our entire visit, which wasn’t ideal (nothing the VRBO host could do about that). It was a tight fit with myself, my husband and our teen boys (they were too tall to fit in the bunks). Overall, we would go back because of the value for the location.

Great!

This place was exactly how described. The communication with the owner was amazing. She gave all information needed and text to check on us during our stay. The outside of the place is being renovated (as we were informed) and we were kinda concerned when pulling in but the inside of the condo was great! So nice and comfortable. The pools were great and the grandsons had the best time there. They didn't want to leave and asked to stay longer. It's located further down the seawall, which made it easier to get in and out of the complex. You are down from all the busy restaurants and businesses so turning in and out was much nicer...but you are still close to all the action. You walk straight across the street to get to the beach. There are stairs to access the beach and it wasn't packed right there. It was nice to basically have our little section of the beach all to ourselves.

Nice property but rated a little lower due to construction.

The property was being remodeled so my overall rating is lower this time around. Our unit had a nice view of the beach and was well set up. They also have a nice pool area for young children and a much larger one for adults.

Small Before School Getaway

The condo was perfect for a family of four. Very clean and plenty of towels were available for our use. Checking in was super easy. The grounds were very well kept along with the pools. We had great time.

Relax and regenerate!!

Very relaxed atmosphere with great views of the gulf. They are renovating the grounds etc but that did not interfere with our stay. Enjoyed it tremendously and would certainly recommend it to those that have families and are dog lovers

The condo is beautiful. Well stocked and plenty of towels and pillows. We had a couple of hiccups when we first got to the location and Mrs Donna text me right back any time I reached out to her to responded she was wonderful. The only Con about the condo is they are doing remodeling of the office and the driveway were the balcony is right now. We put towels up to block the workers. But other then that this location is perfect. The pool is perfect and evwryone in the office is so nice. Highly recommend staying at Mrs Donnas place its worth it. The beach is literally in eye view. And this is always a good location to stay it the beach isnt as packed.

Getting rejuvenated

I have always enjoyed going to the beach. I have lived all over Florida and been to many Florida beaches. I needed to get out and wanted to visit Galveston and go to the beach. It was a great trip. I wish I could stay longer.
