Great Stay!

Galveston getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this nice condo. It was fully furnished, which was wonderful. The only complaint I have is the size of the bed in the second bedroom it is not a queen. It is a full size bed and very small. The bedding needs to be updated as well. The main bedroom was beautiful. The bathrooms were very efficient and beautiful, we love the location we will be back.

Memorial Day 2024

Good location and a cute condo. Here are some recommendations: The check in process at the front desk was really annoying. Having to pay for parking was a bit aggravating, but the payment process (having to go to a website on my phone and hand key in all my payment info). They should have a Point of Sale system to take credit cards or cash. For the Condo - the master bedroom needs new sheets, and the shower curtain in the second bathroom needs to be replaced.

The condo inside was as pictured unfortunately the outside was rundown. Paint peeling, stairs/cement stained and gum stuck everywhere. Pool a little rundown also.

Beautiful views; great stay

We came in for a dance competition at the convention center. The location was perfect and many other families in our group were able to stay at the same complex. Close walk to the beach, easy drive to the convention center, pool was nice as well

BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE

This property was absolutely perfect. We do alot of vrbos and I cant say enough good things about this one. Beds were very comforting, shower was AMAZING (and im picky on showers), VERY clean. I cant believe how well stocked it was in the kitchen too! We had an issue with clothing washer on day 2,sent an email to property manager and had a response within 2 hrs. She came and looked at it and figured out this issue and called me right away. Only slight issue we had was parking. Plenty of parking but the spots were pretty tight for our large SUV. Definitely wouldnt deter us from booking at the Dawn again. Will recommend this property a thousand times over. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Relaxing and joyful and great view. Very clean and spacious excellent for family getaway. Property ja every thing we needed was available. Excellent unit

The apartment is very well furnished and clean. We did not realize it was up several sets of steps/stairs and that parking would be hard. The unit is right on the sea wall so car noise can be overwhelming at times. We made sure we had portable fans and ear plugs for noise. Other than those few small things we really enjoyed our stay and the apartment.

Vacation at Vitamin Sea Galveston

Property was very neat and organized. Provided various amenities that improved the overall experience. One note I would have is to provide some trash bags. There were plenty of cleaning supplies provided and we certainly did our best to vacuum every day because lord knows my children were tracking in some sand from the beach no matter what I did to try and stop them. Great location and an easy walk across the street to the beach and short drive to many great Galveston locations. Would certainly recommend this location to others for a family stay. Also really enjoyed the provided board games, that was a nice touch.

Annual Family Beach Trip

We go to Galveston every year on a family beach trip, and this year was exceptional. The property was well maintained, the management staff was courteous, and the condo manager was very responsive to everything. We had no problems, and had a great vacation. The condo itself was in a great location, with a balcony facing the ocean, it was well decorated, and just a great overall place to stay for a 4 day beach trip.
