Hotel Gatlinburg

« The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower base was old and needs to be changed but it was clean. If I could change one thing it would be to add another bedside table. There was only one table on one side of the bed. I had to move the desk chair over to my side of the bed so that I could set up a CPAP machine on it. My husband and I both use CPAP machines at night. »

« Breakfast was a bust. Hot tub was closed. Shower needs updated »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Sweet little clean hotel. It has all the amenities you need. However, something that was very misleading is the fact that they advertise breakfast, when they really do not provide much. They barely had any breakfast available, first come first serve. Just some dry cereal and pre-packaged muffins, not even bagels or bread were available. Besides that good hotel over all. »

« I loved this lovely oasis in the craziness of busy Gatlinburg.. Staff was incredibly helpful.. Parking was a a huge +. the traffic was backed up most of the day so getting in and out presented some challenges, but the trolley stopped at the hotel and that was a game changer. Restaurant is delicious . the porch over the river.. was heaven »

« Highly recommend »

« Rooftop restaurant bar was great »

« Had an excellent view of the city from the 15th floor. Very convenient to be able to catch a trolley at the door. Hotel dining was really good. »

« Excelente »

« Sitting on the balcony to listening to and watch the river was very pleasant. The street noise was unavoidable and the garage parking situation was also unavoidable but was available. »
