„We had a wonderful time. The house is stunning; the location is fantastic and the host was absolutely brilliant in being supportive and available for questions at all times during our stay. Likewise the security gate managers were so helpful, and all the staff at the cafe and pool were just so nice. The property has amazing views of the lake, it had all the facilities and equipment we needed and was very comfortable for 6 adults and a small child. We would definitely book again.“

„Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper.“
