"Wir waren eine Woche im Moxy und uns hat der Aufenthalt alles in allem sehr gut gefallen. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie der Gutschein fürs Café nebenan. Auch das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und ein großes Badezimmer. Zwar kann man annehmen, dass es in der Nähe des Times Square laut ist, allerdings war bei unserem Aufenthalt einige Tage lang ein DJ/Party, den man durch den Innenhof sowie die Hellhörigkeit der Fenster bis in die Nacht gehört hat. Außerdem sollte man beachten, dass das Hotel am Ende des Aufenthalts eine nicht unerhebliche Touristen Pauschale erhoben hat, die uns so nicht bekannt war."

"Book one of the top floors for a great view. The hotel fee ist very confusing and we did not used it every night. Breakfast is really great for Manhattan hotels, but somehow the breakfast room is so cold that you need a hoodie or pullover. Also make sure to start your breakfast early as it will be full before closing since every guest has breakfast, the room is definitely too small for so many hotel rooms. Staff is as much friendly as people in new york could be."

"We originally wanted to stay in NYC for just 3 nights, but extended our stay multiple times as we explored NYC further & went on a range of trips (DC, Philly, Niagara, US Open etc.). The hotel & our stay were - as always (we are returning guests, stayed there 4+ times) - just great. HOWEVER... ...it was great, up until check-out. The day we checked out, the front office crew was full of other employees. And the one we got stuck with (M. female) was just flat-out rude. If it were for that experience w/ her, we'd never set foot in this hotel again. As you know, there are a ton of hotels just around Herald Square. For the great location, you don't have to stay there. Especially as the Garden Inn is one of the more expensive ones in that category. So WHY stay there? Because of great employees: Please give Anthony G. a raise & a promotion! Not because he gave us a wonderful room that was full of light and had an amazing view, but because he knows how to be more than just one of the nameless, faceless employees you don't even remember. He made us feel welcome & valued. The same goes for George (likely the GM) & one of the front office managers. They remembered us, knew our names, answered all our questions. Never rushed, never too busy. In Manhattan, with its hundreds of places to stay, we truly loved this place. Employees like that—smiling, friendly, helpful, & welcoming—give a soul to charmless concrete. and please send M. to "Hospitality 101"."

"Super Lage und Manhattan zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig (Update beim Check-in erhalten) mit kleinem Kühlschrank. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und werde bei meiner nächsten Reise dort hoffentlich erneut einchecken."
