« We were there for only two nights, but it was restful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. »

The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food »

« Parking lot is odd, very step hill, then double speed bumps & felt a little odd. Room was ok, we had a king room with jetted tub which was great. Sheets wouldn't stay on the bed Bathroom light was automatic but behind the door very weird set up. Toilet ran alot just noisy Airconditioning worked great, nice & cold when we got there. »

« The place looks rough on the outside and the inside, but the rooms were clean and needs a lot of TLC had trouble understanding the check-in person at breakfast this morning. The eggs were cold, and the bacon was cold. other than that oh yes, could not get our TV to work other than that. Everything was OK. »

« property was a little rough in condition. parking wasn't the best, large commercial trucks taking up lots of space. Room wasn't cleaned unless requested. Had to retrieve towells from front desk every day . bed was a little lumpy. I won't stay here again »

« Clean and budget friendly for a quick trip. Hawks nest was completely booked so they upgraded us to their sister hotel Inn at Grand Glaise. It was good for what we needed »

« The bed at this Holiday Inn was the best bed I have slept in besides my own. Very comfortable. They did need to take the trash in the front out. It was full overflowing. Everything else was great! Great breakfast also. »

« Check in was fast and the room was clean and ready except everything felt wet comforter and sheets even the paper bag that we left out was damp the next morning and there was a huge water stain or mold not sure which one the ceiling. »

The rules were clear, consistent, short, and straight to the point. We had a great time and would not hesitate to stay at a property owned by Ryan and his dad again. It felt like all the items were selected with luxury and relaxation in mind. A few things that weren't great (but not a fault of the owners) was there was no one actively on hand to assist if...
