« A little dated, but clean. Holes on wall where pictures used to hang. Bathroom vent fan sounded a lot like an old washing machine. Location was good. Parking ample. No microwave, but had coffee pot, safe and mini fridge. Would I stay here again? Maybe. »

« The property isn't well maintained but the room was clean. Breakfast was ok- not great but not bad. Overall, it was what about as I expected considering the price. »

« Our first room smelled terribly of smoke and whatever they sprayed to try to cover up the smell. We requested a different room. Second room was better but still smelled musty and the pillows need to be replaced because of smell. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate as much as they could. »

« No staff to be found to get any help the pool outside is not usable has no water!! The hot tub has cold water in it!! The beds in the rooms are as hard as bricks. People standing at the doors smoking weed and letting the smoke enter the building. This is not a place we will return to. »

« I highly recommend as a mini vacation get away. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the beds are terrible. They are so noisy and the springs dig into your body. Every time my son would move, it sounded like the bed as going to fall apart. A couple other same things: I wish the water refill stations worked, the pool tables kept jamming and we were constantly having to go get help, and the water pressure could’ve been better. Other than that, it was a great choice overall. »

« No care, no love, no management, no cleaning staff, no water when it’s busy. Moldy tub, moldy ceiling. YOU WILL get what you pay for at this location. Less than mediocre »

« The view was beautiful at the water,but the grounds were not kept up. Weeds everywhere. Indoor pool not clean. Breakfast was minimal. »

« It’s a place to stay. Or room was outdated, old carpet, the ceiling was so low my husband had to duck in to shower. Seriously wouldn’t recommend for the price. »

« Clean rooms,staff was nice the only things was we forgot our hair dryer, they Do Not have one available at all. »

« Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer. »

« Unclean room. Air conditioning plug did not work. Stayed two days and the maid left room with dirty towels and unclean, ( as it was when we checked in). Very disappointing! »
