Property amenities include in unit laundry, private patio & grill, community tennis courts and nearby walking trails. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras.

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-No breed restrictions

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Additional fees apply if there is excessive pet hair and pet waste around the property.

• Parking on the street is strictly prohibited at all times for any reason. All guests must use the designated parking areas provided on the property. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. No exceptions will be made. There is parking for 2 vehicles only at this unit. 1 car in the driveway and another in the garage.
