„This house was a perfect find in Duck for a couple families with small kids. The bedroom and bathroom situation worked well, property was clean, and location was great. Two things really stood out tho. First, when the property listing says the kitchen is well stocked, it's not an exaggeration. There are plenty of pans, utensils, even a pitcher. Everything is super clean too. But the best was the communication from the host- responsive and helpful at every turn. Thanks for the great stay!“

„They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there.There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site.The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes ...

The house was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed, and the short walk or drive with quick access to the beach made our days effortless. A few minor cosmetic issues were present, but they are easily fixed and didn't impact our stay in the slightest. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!“
