« This is our 4th time booking with Melissa - our first here at Linville. This cabin is cozy and beautifully decorated and maintained. Several things to do in the area. Pet friendly but very clean home. The area seems very pet friendly too. Melissa was very responsive and helpful from checking to check out. Highly recommend! »

« Very peaceful, relaxing, comfortable experience. The only suggestion I have is there to be handrails on steps leading to cabin entrance. Loved it. Hope to return soon! »

« We had the most relaxing stay at cabin on the creek. Between the rain and the creek babbling away in the background, that induced more naps than necessary, it might have been the best sleep in our 70 plus years on earth! The cabin was well appointed, everything and more we needed to cook all our meals. The linens and towels were high quality. The trails on the property were just right for us, as I have limited mobility. The scenery and the wildlife made it all the more enjoyable. Thank you...

« This is a great place to sit and watch time go by as the river levels change hourly because of the damn release schedule. Fairly quiet even when people are in the other cabins. 10 to 20 minutes to most places. »

« Great little cabin! We went for the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games in which we have attended for years now. Cabin in a great area secluded. This was our second time renting this cabin. Clean and all in order. »

« It was exactly what was needed. We run a small farm and needed privacy and quiet. We got that and more. We did shopping and sightseeing first so once we got on the mountain we stayed Hot tub was perfect for repeat dunking. Every thing was exceptionally clean with even an included gift basketWe would definitely stay here again »

« The house was incredible and had everything we needed for our family of 5 plus two pups. The view from the deck was stunning and great to drink coffee on in the morning and sip bourbon on at night. Kids had a blast in the game room, even though they couldn’t beat me in shuffleboard! Mike and Rachel were fantastic hosts with great communication. Would highly recommend this house for your next trip. And if you do go would also recommend tubing down the French Brd River at Mad Co Tubing. Our kiddos...

« Great cabin, clean, plenty of space for a family of 6. Had all the amenities that make this a “home away from home”. As others have stated in their reviews, the cabin is in a remote location, high up a mountain and you need to travel up a steep and windy road to get there. I would not recommend driving on this road when it is dark. Highly recommend it and would stay here again. »

« The property was great! It had plenty of room with comfy beds. My son loved the game room. We enjoyed multiple nights in the hot tub and sauna. The steps kept us in shape while we were vacationing. The doggies even enjoyed the views. The property manager kept in touch several times throughout the stay. Can’t wait to visit again. »
