La personne n’arrivait pas à voir la photo que le lui adressais … et ne voulait pas me donner le code pour accéder à la cabane, sans ce document…. Bref personnel pas sympa, »

« The couch & rocker was covered in dog hair. Carpet & linoleum desperate need of being replaced. Both beds , sheets & blankets dog hair . One bed sheet previous attendants hair on sheets. Place needed a deep cleaning. We paid for two nights in advance. Unfortunately it was too late to go somewhere else & stay. I’m extremely allergic to dog hair & dander.
