« The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped.
We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldnât use it. The plug was missing but I didnât ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldnât have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. The room overall was okay. The beds were...

« I paid $100 for a room with 1 king bed that you could smoke in , when I got there, they told me that those rooms are not smoking rooms even though the website said it is, and they put me in a double bedroom, which is only a $50 room when I asked if there was a price difference I was told no, it wasnât until after I left that I realized I was overcharged by $50 »

« We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you arenât going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it »
