My check in went smoothly once in the room on the back of the door it was covered in hair, the tub was cracking up during our shower, I’m diabetic, with asthma I was stuck walking down from the 16th floor Sunday & the lady working there was very rude when telling us to take the stairs. Monday I was stuck inside the elevator for 15 minutes and I was not able to call out and I called to the office after having to walk up to the 16th floor a total of 4 times. So I checked out early and then had to take the stairs again and when I finally told the lady what happened their was no apology offer or compensation and this was the first time I’ve ever stayed at this condo. And I don’t think I will be coming back due to there are some very rude people that work there and a gentleman let his self into our room without knocking at 2:00 in the afternoon stating that he was housekeeping bring towels that we didn’t ask for. I make a trip to Gulfshores at least 2 time's a year and it was not a great experience for me
