Step outside onto the beachfront private balcony for front-row views of the Gulf of Mexico. With its extra-wide design and top-floor location, the balcony offers plenty of space to sit outside with your morning coffee, listen to the waves, or wind down while taking in the coastline.

The fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing everything from quick beach snacks to family meals. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen island, and breakfast bar with seating for 2. Nearby, the dining area seats 4 guests, making it easy to gather for meals or plan the day's Gulf Shores adventures.

For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer along with a half bathroom accessible from the main living area.
