The open concept living space features a dining area with seating for four at the table and additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Wake up to the ocean views from the wall of windows in the peaceful main bedroom featuring a king-size bed. The main bedroom has a mounted flat-screen TV and access to the private balcony. Guest Access:
Welcome to Lighthouse! The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to check in at the office (located on the 2nd Floor) to purchase the parking passes and receive wristbands. **EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2027 PARKING PASSES COST WILL INCREASE TO $60/VEHICLE - LIMIT TWO**


Wristbands are required to be worn at all pools, hot tubs, and the fitness center March-October.
