« The room we were in had a musty smell. The AC/heat unit would not stay on. My husband installs this for a living, so it was not user error. The smell and stuffiness made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was ok. The best part was the kind and helpful ladies at the desk. I do not know if all rooms are like this, but it was not what I expected for the the price we paid. »

« Dated and dirty! Outlets hanging from the walls, phone didn't work, bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Not a bad area at all thankfully. Only 2 other rooms being rented on our side bit different cars were in and out all night from one of the other rooms....drugs or a hooker is the only thing that adds up. It's cheap though if you just need a place to crash! »

« Sent to a room that hadnt been cleaned & looked like the last guest was still occupying it! Requested a different room but was already creeped out so I checked out next morning! »

« The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. I struggled to fall asleep which was frustrating due to an early flight the next day. In the morning, I noticed the shoveling patterns in the parking lot were random,...

« Room was clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Pillows accommodated my picky neck. We had one issue. Friendly courteous staff. Ravi made every effort to resolve the issue and he did. Our Room was conveniently located to take the dogs out easily. Food was adequate. Coffee was ok. I did not partake in pool or exercise room. So cannot rate. I would recommend this place. »

« First of all, the room I reserved and PIAD for was NOT available. I was put in a different room that did NOT compare to the one I paid for. Also, the bathroom door would NOT latch shut. Very disappointed in the whole situation! Definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. I do expect reimbursement for the difference in price between the two rooms. »

« Manque de personnel flagrant, déjeuner fermé car no staff et nous avons payé pour déjeuner inclus, une nuit avec bruit party dans la chambre voisine et une seule personne tentait de gérer un hôtel complet !!! N’avons pu dormir avant 1h30 du matin , malgré 3 avertissements !!!! Je ne recommande pas cet hotel »

« The room was really clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, we had everything we needed and it is located in a really cool area- I was hesitant about not staying in Lake Geneva, however, I actually thing this area is even better- a chill lake vibe with a great cafe, adorable little bar and ice cream shop that you can walk to. There is a public beach right across the street and an amazing marina right in the backyard. The bar and restaurant look great too. »

« Our stay was perfect! The home and yard is beautiful. The hospitality was top notch. We had delicious appetizers in the garden and a delicious breakfast in the dining room. Tony and Beth are kind and go above and beyond. Highly recommend! »

« It was a quiet and peaceful stay. I loved having a room to myself. It made relaxing easier and it gave me plenty time and space to think. »

« I stayed at the Hampton McHenry for 10 days and had a very good time. The room was clean, large and quiet. Nice pool and small fitness center. I particularly apprieciated the breakfast buffet : good choice or meals and fresh wafers! Free Wifi with above average speed. Coffee available all day in the lobby! »
