Located just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Helen, GA in the gated community of Innsbruck. This modern stylish home has been meticulously decorated with every detail paid attention to for our guests' ultimate satisfaction. The large 4 bedrooms sprawling across the three levels of the property make you feel like you have tons of space while still having intimate spaces for family time on the porches or family living and dining areas.



When you walk in Golden Tee Haus, you're greeted with an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room, opening up to the main floor deck featuring an outdoor seating area, big screen Smart TV, and wood burning fireplace! You also have the master bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you have two guest bedrooms with 2 queens in each room, a Juliet balcony, and a shared bathroom. In the basement, you have the large game room and another comfortable lounging area with a Smart TV, an Arcade game, and the infamous Golden Tee Golf Simulator! Right out the back door you have another screened porch with the large hot tub spa for your enjoyment!



Perks of being located in the wonderful Innsbruck community you also have access to the nearby outdoor community pool and Tennis/Pickleball courts. Access codes are required.

Important Notes:

Minimum Age for Primary Renter 29 Years

DOGS ONLY: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and no more than 2 per stay.

Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.

Standard Pet fee: $150/pet

Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.

Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste

Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay
