« Owner needs to grasp that guests travel to JFK from long distances. They have a right to some communication and assurance that the apartment they have paid for will be accessible if their flight is delayed. Owner refused to answer questions & delayed making clear that he would be able to get the key to us until very last possible moment. « Family friendly. Loved the games and the NY city teams. My grandmother would have loved it too. She is a die hard NY Mets fan. The hosts were super accommodating making sure our twins had their high chair and cribs. Our family LOVED the bidet!!! My daughter LOVED her room. The hosts took the guess work out of our trip. « We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...
