First the only positive comment is the location on the beach was great but it ends thereThe unit is in very rough shape and needs major maintenance attention. There was a leak in the kitchen and I reported it to the host and they never responded. The garbage disposal also stopped working. The unit was also not very clean.When driving our rental car after guard waived us through, the gate close and damaged the car. When I reported it we were told to call another number. Bad enough the gate closed on the car but the host should have taken care of this for us. We should not have to deal with this on vacation.The building elevator is dangerous. It skips up and down and one time it came to the first floor, door opened and the elevator was only half way down to the floorThe food in the compound restaurants is not goodAlso BEWARE you are not allowed to use the facilities Friday through Sunday. We had to pay 20 to use the workout room. I also wanted to use the lap pool but they wanted to charge another
