« Facile à vivre, confortable et bien équipée, nous avons passé un merveilleux Noël joyeux et serein dans cette magnifique maison. Portobello avec sa plage, boutiques, restaurants et pubs est un lieu tout à fait charmant, à 20 mn en bus de Waverley. Notre hôte, Patrick est réactif et très aidant. Il nous tarde d'y revenir. »

« My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. »

« Our stay at the Ratham Guest House was wonderful! The home was outfitted with everything we needed for our 21-day stay. We were warmly welcomed by Irene and Ewan who were kind and gracious hosts. « This was a great townhouse that worked well for our family of four (mom and three “kids” 16, 19, 22). Spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, cute decor. We did have some issues with scalding shower water in the master bath and the clothes dryer not actually drying effectively, but the agency was very responsive so I expect those would be addressed for the next renters (I told them at departure).
