« Very cool property, outdated with water damage. For the price I would expect pool to be free from bees and worms. Hard to see tv due too left side screen being dark, and have some packets of cream and sugar for the great coffee you have. Overall, good. »

« Great little house next to the owner's house. Not a lot of space but cozy. Owner is easy to reach and answers questions quickly. Warm welcome. However the location is not that convenient as it is a good 25 min from Hilo, and the roosters and dogs of the neighborhood are very noisy at night... »

« Great location and well stocked quirky and old-school funky apartment! Loved it, and was a perfect base for the three of us for a week in Hilo! Not a fancy place, but had everything we needed and was well stocked and had nice touches like a lot of plugs around! Nice and helpful host, too! Would stay again on a return trip! »

« If you just need a place to spend the night, this is perfect. The price is reasonable. But it didn't turn out as we had expected for celebrating our anniversary. Our hostess was called away so we didn't have a chance to meet her. Note that the kitchenette is outside on the lanai. It could be better supplied, eg with cutting knives. »
