« The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! »

« The property and room were wonderful! It felt like we were in a tropical paradise. I do wish I had brought my own pillow, and there could have been a pizza cutter/more utensils available. I did love that there was a box fam in the closet. I always sleep with a fan. The beach chairs were great. They were light, easy to carry, and it was so nice that we didn’t have to pack our own on our 14 our drive. « On our last night before we were to head home, the AC stopped working. They were VERY quick to come and fix it. We had a good time talking with our host and her husband. « Everything you need to be comfortable was available and the blue island colors were right out of Mamma Mia. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were cool and comfortable. TVs in each room were a great way for teenagers to separate and unwind after a busy beach day. The pool and ping ping table were a delight! All the beach chairs, toys and umbrellas especially were awesome additions and made a long beach day possible. All that was missing were a cooler and boogie boards so bring those...
