„Es war mehr als perfekt! Der erste Eindruck der Lobby ist spektakulĂ€r, die zusammenhĂ€ngenden Zimmer waren sehr schön, groß und sauber. Die Aussendusche ist großartig! Das Essen war sehr gut. Man kann auch außerhalb essen, zB. Im Sufi oder Four Seasons. Der Butlerservice ist fantastisch! Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und pampering. „So glad we rented this penthouse through Brad & Joey. We needed a 3 bedroom and the penthouse was not too much more than a regular 3 bedroom. This villa had it all. Interior waterfall wall. "The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "
