The only bad experience was we didn't receive the email with the code to the key box (which we didn't know existed), and so were expecting to be welcomed by a house manager, who happened to be away and with really bad reception. We spent a good 30 minutes with our kids in the rain, trying to figure out how to get in, and even thinking it was...

« Perfect location, nothing more than 10 minutes walk away in the city. Located in a fairly quite street so not much traffic or noise even on Saturday night. Well equipped with everything you need. Parking space available in a city centre is a definite bonus. Will book here again as we want to come back to Canterbury again. »

« Everything was great about the property itself, especially the location with the walk to the high street and the start of the shops only taking a minute or 2. The only drawback I could find, and I'm nit picking, is the stairs are right at the front door which might be tricky for some people. Parking on busy days/weekends might be tricky. »
