« Wonderful host. Neat and tidy room. Nice bed and bath. Perfect for solo traveler or couple. Convenient to both SRQ and LWR. Great communication with hosts. Refrigerator needs repair and there’s no light inside the fence, so it’s very dark entering at night. Easy fixes. This place was perfect in every other way for this business trip. »

« Worst of all we discovered a dead bedbug and a bloody stain on the mattress cover. Blinds had many broken slats. Oven door on the stove was broken and a strap held it shut. GFCIs were upside down. No tea towels. Very poor cutlery. No hot water in the kitchen. Shower control in backwords. Blinds short on doors. Bathroom mirror too low. Need better guide to use TV. Very tired linens. No place to put clothes. An end table and lamp would add a lot to the couch area. We did love the location, porch...

« Host did not respond to two emails, never provided access information. VRBO tried to contact her twice by phone, no answer. Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability. »
