« The room was very dirty and had bugs. We had to call administration to send someone to clean it up. First night we lost power and AC or hot water was not available. Even tho customer service on the phone was good I would never book with them again. It ruined our first time in PR. »

« Overall our stay with ESJ hosted by PMI was great. The communication was amazing and quick. They were able to accommodate our rental car last minute. Would recommend this location within walking distance of restaurants and beach. »

« We enjoyed our stay at South Beach. The place was cleaned. It is close to the grocery and some beaches. It was easy to walk to the grocery stores and Divi beach. It is a quiet place. The pool is nice. I recommend to have a car if you want to visit and have dinner at restaurants. Us we rent a car for half of our holidays (5/10). Amir, the host, is very helpful. I will not hesitate to reserve that apartment again. »
