« Host, house, and location were all great—so why 3 stars? The beds.Not a single person in our group got a good night’s sleep. The mattresses are extremely firm, to the point that we all woke up sore. We were in town exhibiting at the Denver Fly Fishing Show at the Gaylord and really needed solid rest after long days on our feet, talking with people.It was frustrating to stay in such a great place only to spend the nights tossing and turning. « I had a wonderful stay at this place. The home was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and quick to reply to any messages, which made the whole experience even better. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the complimentary drinks provided, which was a really nice surprise. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. « Wonderful property! Safe neighborhood, a playground right across the street. The house was nice. Plenty of room for our crew and fun games in the basement to keep kids entertained. We were about 10 minutes from shopping and food. Very convenient location »

« This is one of the best VRBO's I've booked. Pictures are true to the description. The host was extremely attentive and if there was anything I needed, I received an immediate response. This is a great house for all ages and is located in a great neighborhood and is also close to any store or food spot you could think of. For sure an A rating!! »

« Everything was clean and new and good quality. Looking out the front windows was a stunning view of the mountains. There is an attached 2 car garage plus plenty of street parking.The owner was very responsive when I had questions. The mattresses were high quality and so were all the linens. Looking forward to return visits. Great location. »
