„Looking good at first sight it was a bit disappointing. No breakfast, no interest in giving us a good experience. Lacks maintainance, cleaning and clearing which is a shame as it looks cute and has proven to be a good starting point for our trip to Wales. “

„We couldn't fly to our annual reunion in Turkey so we decided to visit one couple in East Kent and bring the reunion from Scotland and Northampton to the Arthouse. We had great comms from Sebastian and Adelle from the beginning. Key code given in the morning and found everything as it should have been. The front bedrooms are a wee bit noisy as on the main road but with secondary glazing, a lot cancelled out. We had everything to start our trip off, a few kitchen essentials. „Die Umgebung direkt am Meer wirkt auf den ersten Blick prima. Jedoch roch es bei Ankunft vor der Haustür sehr stark nach Abwässern. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Da sie sich im Soutterrain befindet, richtig es allerdings leicht muffig.“

„Kurz: besser geht es eigentlich nicht. Die Wohnung ist super, die Lage direkt an der Stone bay einfach traumhaft. Der Ort nur knappe 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer unproblematisch und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.“

„Es war kaum jemand in dem Ferienhaus mit 5.Stockwerken und dadurch sehr ruhig. Allerdings ist es lauter, wenn es stürmisch ist. Insgesamt eine nette Umgebung. Wir haben keine schlechten Erfahrungen gesammelt. Für Menschen, gerne spazieren gehen ist es geeignet.“

„We had a wonderful time at this apartment. We had a little hiccup checking in but it got resolved. The location is a short walk to the main part of Canterbury, the Cathedral, both train stations, and lots of pubs and restaurants. If you’re there at Christmas time the festival and kiosks are also walkable and fabulous! We rented a car for two-days, Enterprise is right down the street as is parking, and drove to the Cliffs of Dover and Leeds Castle - both were relatively close and gorgeous. We ...

Everything you could need at the property and a full breakfast was provided to meet every need. You won’t be disappointed if you stayed here and the owners who live next to the property were fab. We loved the tastefully decorated apartment (which was spotlessly clean), the wonderful view from all the windows, the great hosts and we were really happy about being that close to the beach (private entry through the cliffs included). The kids were enthusiastic about the hot tub and the pinball machine. We highly recommend the flat and if we ever go back to Broadstairs, we will definitely book the flat again.“

„The property was everything I was looking for! The location, the view, the facilities were just as described & exactly what I wanted. I spent a long time looking on various sites before finding this but it was worth the effort! I was sad to leave and hope to return. The double bed is so comfortable - I can’t recall when I last slept so well.“

„Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good.“
