„We really liked the character of this 125 year old hotel. The staff and service were great. The food was excellent at the restaurant. It’s right across the street from train tracks, so it was noisy but that’s not the hotel’s fault. The Jacuzzi tub was awesome! it was nice to get away and relax. The garden was beautiful, and there was even live music! “

„The reception desk people were friendly and welcoming, also helpful and accommodating. Our main complaint is that the bed was too soft and sunk down in the middle. Still, we slept fine and enjoyed our stay. Next time I'd want to check out the bed to make sure it's firm. There was also a vent in the bathroom ceiling that needed to be fixed as it was hanging loose at one end. „The place was perfect for our little family gathering. Was great to get out on the lake with all the amenities provided. Less stress. What we were looking for. Very relaxing for all that stayed.
