„A huge party was happening right outside our room! We upgraded to a poolside room and were lining forward to it! Until a hockey team showed up, drinks in hand and had a party with several dozen ppl that started at 6pm and went till 11:45pm. Being poolside, the party was right outside our door. It was so loud, vulgar and out of control. Tried multiple times to get the front desk to do something. They didn't. We couldn't use the hot tub or pool, it was filled with ppl drinking excessively.  ...

„Our stay was very disappointing. Our very first impression was walking into the room for the first time after check in at 3pm & realized the heat was off. The temperature was 54 Fahrenheit (12 Celsius) in March in North Dakota. It took until 9pm for the temperature to go up to 72 (22 Celsius). We pulled open the sofa bed for our son to sleep on and underneath was filled with garbage, food crumbs on the sheets, and the mattress was dirty and stained.
