« Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t. »

« Hey everyone, we had a fantastic time in Salvo. I’m not here to compare real estate, but the house, although a bit dated and in need of a few minor fixes, was overall fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms were clean, and the hot tub was great. It was conveniently located between a couple of beach access points, making it an excellent value for the price. No complaints at all. I highly recommend checking this place out.Additionally, I spoke with the caretaker about the older reviews...
