„Amazing hotel and extremely affordable. This for sure the very best location in Giseny. The hotel is directly at the lake. Walkable to the public beach and pretty much everywhere. The breakfast was amaizng and all the staff memebers were very friendly anddemonstrated solid hospitality skills. I loved everything about this trip.“

„This hotel is the best place to stay in Kinigi/to gorilla trek! It’s the closest lodge to the Dian Fossey campus and women’s village, and the staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We loved that we’d come back to the hotel and they’d clean our shoes and give us a foot massage. They’d also get a fire going in your room while you are having dinner. We’d come back to bed with a heated bed (thanks to a warm water bottle they place in there) and a fire ...

„Very nice lost place. But you have to write explecid that you have a safe route to the hotel with the car and maybe you put it on your hotel description because the GPS shows very bad roads if you don'r know it. Bute without this it's really a beautiful place. “

„Ich buchte am 25 Dez. einen Bungalow als wir dort ankamen sagte der Manager uns das er keine Buchungen von Hotels.com oder Expedia akzeptiere sondern nur bar oder mit Kreditkarte und unsere Buchung stoniert wurde er hätte das Hotels.com mitgeteilt. Wir protestierten und zeigten ihm unsere Bestätigung und wollten das mit Hotels .com sofort klären . "I have already stayed at Rwiza Village twice. Once three years ago and once two years ago. Unfortunately, the condition of the cabins has deteriorated a lot and urgently needs renovation or improvement. The furnishings are also outdated. A chair broke straight away, the mosquito net had lots of holes and the toilet flush didn't work. It has great potential, but please refurbish once soon."
