« We loved our stay here! It is a kid friendly property that checked all our boxes and exceeded our expectations. We were looking for an affordable place that was spacious for my family of 4- me, my husband and our 2 children, ages 5 and 3. With 2 bedrooms, 2 king beds and a living room area it was more than enough space. Parking is extremely convenient, the stall is literally right outside the front door. « Overall, the property was excellent. Clean, comfy bed, good amenities (fully equipped kitchen with everything you need), quiet neighbors, free parking, pool, and easy access to public transportation if you don’t rent your own vehicle. It does have a rather bad drain fly problem. They were everywhere in the apartment. I ended up buying fly tape which did help a lot but they were still everywhere. This however, wouldn’t stop me from renting again. For the price I paid to get what we got with this...

« This condo was so relaxing and peaceful!! The view was incredible from the golf course, seeing the shoreline wake up and glitter in the sun, while sitting on the shaded balcony as the golfers rolled out each morning. We played lots of pickleball (located conveniently across the road from the condo-30 second walk) along with the private pool. We also enjoyed using the driving range and eating at Johnny’s restaurant that is part of the golf club shop, and had amazing food and live music. Also...

« Located about 20 mins from the airport. A short walk across the street to beach access. Plenty of parking. Unit is on the third floor (no elevators). A/C unit is only in living room however, if you utilize the 2 standing floor fan's it does cool down the whole unit quite well. Very well maintained and clean. Great for couple, family or self getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. »

« The condo is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for beach, shopping, and transportation access. It was therapeutic to see and hear the ocean. I liked it so much, I extended my stay. »

« Enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked for the beach. There was a lot of space for the ten of us. The kitchen was spacious. It is in a great location, close to the pool. We would definitely stay there again. »

« Parfait camp de base pour explorer la région. Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Belle piscine au bord de la mer. N’avons pas utilisé l’espace BBQ car un peu loin de l’unité mais nous cuisinions au condo. Merci pour le beau séjour trop court! »

"Very nice place. All new, clean and the room was SO spacious. The pool is amazing for the kids especially. The pool restaurant was perfect but Piko for dinner was more average. The emplacement of the resort is a bit far from the action (Kona town) so you really need a car. Having said that, our 4 nights was perfect and I would got back. "

"Tout d’abord l’emplacement est bien pour visiter la région ouest de l’île. La décoration est magnifique et la cuisine très bien équipée. La terrasse est fort agréable, la vue est bien. Par contre, attention il y a deux unités. Nous avions celle du bas et nous pouvons vous garantir qu’il n’y a aucune insonorisation dans cet immeuble. Le bruit est très très intense malgré que les gens tentent de faire attention. Nous avons communiquer avec l'hôte, afin de lui faire part de la situation. Elle répond très rapidement, elle s'est excusée et nous a expliqué qu'il y avait des enfants et quand temps normal cela n'était pas autorisé.Donc, vu notre mécontentement elle voulais nous offrir un remboursement et que nous quittions le logement rapidement. Vu notre refus (nous étions la vieille de Noel avec nos enfants) elle a beaucoup insisté pour que nous quittions et nous avons ressenti une énorme pression.De plus, l'équipement de plage est vieux et usé (chaise/parasol)."
