« Bien que dans un environnement urbain l'hotel Bansko permet de trouver du repos. Nous avons bénéficié d'un changement de chambre avec upgrade suite à un problème de serrure. Le personnel était agréable, la chambre très confortable, propre et calme. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine étant arrivés trop tard, ni le restaurant. I was happy to find Boris serving breakfast, whom I had known as lifeduty at Winslow Spa, always kind and speaking good french. Service is good, kind staff, always willing to help. « It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly).
