« The property was extremely neat and clean and had a fabulous view overlooking the marina in the water
 Everything worked in the kitchen and everything was easily accessible
 The showers had great water pressure, which is a must.
 Our host was extremely gracious and easy to communicate with

« The property was comfortable and a good size for our group. The beach was easy walking distance. We had plenty to do and the area is lovely for walking or bike riding. The host provided some board games which we enjoyed when we took a break from the sun. « Our stay at Laurie and Mike’s Air Bnb was perfect. The unit is cozy and welcoming. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My wife loved the Bed pillows. They helped us celebrate our we’d anniversary with a beautiful welcome basket. The room is very comfortable. The bathroom offers all the toiletries you will need. Kitchen is stocked. Mike/Laurie are wonderful host and we plan on going back next year »

« **What We Loved:**Spacious, clean, and quiet retreat with a well-stocked modern kitchen and powerful AC. The walk-in shower was excellent, and we loved being just steps from the beach (3-minute walk) and a short stroll to Salty Dog marina. Great access to Sea Pines’ bike paths with plenty of parking.**Minor Notes:**The beach is actually on the sound rather than ocean (no waves) and no community pool available. **Bottom Line:**Fantastic, comfortable stay in an ideal location. Highly recommend! »

« Vince is an incredible host & is very responsive to any questions that we had. Their condo is pretty much in the middle of Coligny Square & beach access , which are the desirable spots for visitors. The pics of the condo do not do it justice, it’s 2 story & wonderfully decorated. Most importantly, it is super clean. We had 7 adults & in my opinion could definitely sleep 10. So, if you want to feel like you’re part of a family, Vince & his Wife do just that. Incredible Host & awesome...

« We booked a last minute weekend getaway to the beach! This was a great villa at Kiawah Island. We really enjoyed the villa and the short walk to the beach! We also enjoyed the scenic view from the villa. We had a Great Blue Heron that stayed by the pond right out side the back of the villa. The furnishing and well-stocked kitchen were great!
