„ I had a terrible experience It was the first time I wanted to try out the resort, but I was not welcomed from the time I entered. I was not greeted, but was sent around to fill out forms, after standing in the queue to check in. I requested a room with availability at a high floor, but was told they cannot help me without even checking the system for availability. „We’ve stayed in many places and have never had such bad experience. Should have known upon arrival as we had to sign 2 disclaimers regarding not noise. Needless to say, the noise from guest partying in the pool at 10pm - shouting and poor behaviour fuelled by alcohol is the reason for the disclaimer .
