« Absolutely wonderful villa nestled in the Higashiyama hills. Beautiful setting and away from the hustle and bustle of Kyoto. Short walk into Gion and right next to a lovely small temple. Friendly staff and everything you need is there. Cant wait to go back. »

« Det var en meget unik oplevelse at bo Nishijin Isa, hvor man fik fik fornemmelsen af det klassiske Japan. Vi var en familie på 5 der havde 5 gode dage. Det er tæt på supermarkeder og der er flere restauranter i området. »

« Incredible property. Perfect for larger groups (mine had 6). You get the whole building to yourself and it’s separated by bathroom (which has a private Onsen), bed rooms, and living room. There were some minor issues but the host was very communicative and quick to fix such as a toilet not flushing or soap dispensers being empty. Overall fantastic stay »

« The property was just as advertised and perfect for 3 generations of a family to stay together comfortably. The location was walking distance to bus stops, train stations, convenience stores and supermarkets. The only issues were that the rooms and house gets very cold if the heat is not constantly running and there was no electricity coming from the outlets in the dining room or bedroom directly above it. These are not something that should deter someone from staying at this location. »

« There was 8 of us who stayed in the house and we all had our own bed. That is why I booked this house and it was perfect. Don’t hesitate if you’re debating on it. You’ll be so glad you did. You’ll get an authentic feeling stay. Short 4 min walk to 7 Eleven and 6 min walk to bus. It is a farther walk (15ish min) from subway, which is what you’ll need to take when you have luggage. This was a bummer but we got it done. The 3 cons I have is that it’s far away from subway station. Currently as of...
