„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. „There was not a hot breakfast offered during my stay and the bed was not comfortable. I was charged a $50 deposit when I arrived and was told I would get it back when I left and still have not received it back. We left the room in a clean tidy condition. The pool and hot tub seemed dirty and there were no towels. Overall I feel the pictures were deceiving and the room did not meet my expectations, I would not stay there again. “

„The room was clean as can be and the staff was friendly! It’s location was also great, would stay again!“

„The staff was excellent. The food was excellent. It was clean. The pool was nice. They have cookies and coffee and water 24 hours a day even games to play in the lobby. The only part that was a little creepy is when you go down to the pool in the basement there’s like this creepy war memorial that makes it seem like a horror film, but otherwise the property was nice.“
