There are residents with families living in the other units beside and above.This is a residential area across from a community park and near a school. Lots of family activity in the neighborhood. „My family of 4 stayed at this property in June 2026 and it was WONDERFUL! The location is perfect; right on the main street of San Clemente, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the beach/pier. The unit itself was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer as well.
