« Great location and property. The studio was cozy and well-equipped for guests. Clear check-in and in-home directions made the stay seamless. Location is outstanding and everything you need is walkable but having the garage is a great option as well. Comfortable bed and bedding. Would stay here again, and again. »

« Everything was very well stocked. The shower was a little small to be able to wash your feet. This unit did not have a garage to park in even though there were three empty garage spaces. That would’ve made it a lot better if we didn’t have to hunt for street parking. »

« Our adult family stayed at the property for a week and would stay here again! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the place overall and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and new. While Balboa is not the quietest place in the morning, the windows were the best we’ve experienced at keeping the plane noise out. We appreciated the waters and snacks the host provided. Thanks! »
