ACCESS AND PARKING

AREA

A quiet, semi-private residential pocket near Lake Como, away from the downtown crowds. The association beach is by the Lake Como boat ramp, about 5 minutes by car. Also by car: downtown Lake Geneva, with the Shore Path, Riviera Docks boat tours, shops and supper clubs, about 7 minutes; Williams Bay 8; Geneva National Golf Club 10; Grand Geneva Resort and Spa 12; and Alpine Valley Resort for skiing and snowboarding about 15. Plan to drive to restaurants and groceries.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Two bathrooms serve the whole group; plan shower times.

• Split-level house: living spaces and bedrooms are on two floors with stairs between them.

• Bedrooms 3 and 4 are connected by a passage, so they suit one family or close friends.

• The house is not on the water.

• Exterior security cameras at the front door and on the garage, and a noise monitor (decibel level only) in the main living room. No indoor cameras.

• Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.

• No smoking, no pets. The booking guest must be 25 or older.

• After booking, you complete our Guest Portal and sign an electronic rental agreement before check-in details go out.

• As part of booking, you choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.

• Special events: host your bachelor or bachelorette party or milestone celebration here. A private event venue is available; message us for details.
