« Roomy Condo with everything you need if you're staying in. Close to the pool and Beach access with comfortable beds. Like mentioned previously, the sliding glass and screen door is hard to close and open. The loft space is large and cozy with AC and fans throughout to keep cool. Overall, a pleasant place to stay. If you have rowdy young adults like I did it may not be the best option but for a relaxing quiet stay its perfect. »

« Great property, loved the location. Easy walk to Turtle Beach, or short drive with easy parking. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Lots of beach gear available, too. Only caution I have — the unit was rather warm when we arrived. However, we turned on the AC units and placed fans in common areas, and then went out for dinner. It was adequately cooled off when we returned. »

« Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor! Our host, Norma was very kind, helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back one day. »

« There was major construction going on, we didn’t have water all day one day and scattered times through out the other days, roaches everywhere, and parking was a pain!! We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff! »
