I traveled with my sister and 3 young children.(2,3,and 6) While I was worried about them being too energetic and disturbing the neighbors, we never got one complaint. That was comforting . Also, Shreya had such a fast response time during the visit for help I needed and that was super helpful. Would definitely recommend! »

When towels were eventually delivered, they were damp, crumpled, and brought in a garbage bag.The cleanliness of the property was also unacceptable. « Found a joint in the basement and food in the microwave. Socks, a chicken bone, and trash were on the floor. Broken knobs on the stove and broken lamps and foosball table. Smelled like marajuana. Very spacious. Very responsive when we got locked out. »

« We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. « We had a short 1 night stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable but there were 4 spiral staircases, which were not listed in property details. Parking said it was available but in reality, 1 very small garage on property, which did not fit a standard size 4 door car. Parking was within walking distance but an additional fee.
