„Everything was super smooth. Check-in (free upgrade), bell staff (Juan was great!), rooms were living and bedroom with 2 bathrooms. We had 3 balconies and the views were amazing! The food doesn’t have options but it’s really good food. We stayed at other resorts before and it was trash. Def worth the upgrade! Will def stay here again in couple months when I return 🔥“

"Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend eher enttäuschend. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Liegen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr von Gästen reserviert wurden, und das Personal auf Nachfrage leider nichts dagegen unternommen hat, obwohl in den Poolregeln steht, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist. Das war wirklich anstrengend und hat den Poolaufenthalt getrübt."
