„We had an excellent stay at Herb Cottage. It was charming and homey. Check in was simple, guidelines clear. Lots of privacy which was great! I will say that although you could walk to downtown Woodstock, there are no sidewalks and I personally would not have felt safe walking down the road to town, especially since there is little shoulder.“

The placement on the lot is perfect making it easy to forget you're only a few minutes from in-town Poughkepsie. This was also one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. „Lovely two weeks in the carriage house on the Croton River. Hosts Patrick and Kathryn were attentive and helpful, the area was full of fun adventures for my husband, a cyclist, and me (jogger and kayaker). Swimming in the Croton from the dock was so great, especially on warm days. Kayaking in the Croton was peaceful and full of fun water birds.“
