« This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. »

« The room was clean and spacious with all expected amenities. We were only in need of a one-night stay but loved the property and hope to be back in the area for a longer stay sometime! »

« We stayed one night at General Bragg Inn & Suites and the next morning we found live cockroaches on the bathroom vanity, on the walls and floors. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Definitely will not recommend! »

« This resort is a perfect place to relax from busy work. Beautiful scenery in the mountains straight from the swimming pool. Good restaurants and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good SPA. »

« All was great! Except When came back to the breakfast area to get a fork. The attendant was quite rude ( It was only 10:05 .. ) and lectured me on the breskfast hours.. which is all a guest that works 70 hours a week needs. A lecture on Sat morn) but other than that the place is excellent »

« The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and...

« This hotel was in a great location. It is literally at the base of Lookout Mountain below Ruby Falls & Rock City. It’s a short drive to the aquarium & zoo. It is close to a busy road, but it wasn’t an issue for my family. There was a small problem with one of our beds and it was fixed in a timely manner. Communication from the hotel was 10/10. Overall it was a great stay and was very affordable. »

« Stayed here for one night. My first impression was a tired interior and carpet in the hall had seen better days. Got in the elevator and it looked like dust bunnies above the clear glass - kind of creeped me out. The room itself was clean. The staff was friendly. »
